Daniel Cosentino
Executive Director
Dan has a passion for teenagers because his life was impacted significantly by a youth worker when he was a teenager. Previously Dan spent 9 years in full time youth ministry leading hundreds of youth. In fact, one of his youth groups won a national youth ministry of the year award. Dan has two Master’s degrees, one in organizational leadership and the other in local church ministry, and also serves as the lead pastor of Legacy Church. Dan is married to his wife Kim, and they have three children: Charis, Callie, and Colton. In his limited free time he enjoys fishing, sports, and everything that comes with being a dad. Dan loves what God is doing with the Crew Youth Center and believes our best days are ahead of us!

Zach Pruitt
President
Zach became President of the board in 2023 after Volunteering for about 6 months as a member.
Zach is a lifelong advocate for community growth and youth development in Kendallville Indiana. As a local business owner and State Farm Agent, Zach understands the importance of stability, responsibility, and planning for the future. he is deeply committed to investing his time, resources, and leadership into programs that give young people positive direction and real opportunity.
He believes that mentorship and access to support can change the trajectory of a child’s life. Through partnerships with local schools, organizations, and families, he works to help create safe spaces where kids can learn, gorw, and feel valued. He believes that strong communites are built with adults show up consistently for kids. His goal is to help ensure every young person in Kendallville knows that they matter and has a path forward.
David Waddles
Vice President
David Waddles has been a board member with The Crew Youth Center since January 2024 and currently serves as Vice President. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from University of Indiana in 2019. He is currently an Associate Banker for JPMorgan Chase in Kendallville. David is passionate and actively serving the community in many aspects including serving at our local YMCA with 14 years and Legacy Church with 5 years. This year he is celebrating 7 years of marriage with his beautiful wife Jeanette. David loves to spend his free time with family, take meaningful and inspiring trips, and has a healthy passion for fitness.
Neil Bachman
Treasurer
Neil Bachman is a retired CPA has been the accountant for The Crew since 2018 and became a board member in 2024.
He continues to do accounting and tax work for many clients and businesses in the Northeast Indiana area, including other non-profit ministries in this region. He has also been involved in the Celebrate Recovery ministry through Pathway Community Church in Fort Wayne for the past 12 years, where he ministers to men struggling with addiction and other issues.
Neil and his wife Joyce both grew up in Detroit and moved to Indiana in 1982. They are celebrating their 45th wedding anniversary this year and have two sons and granddaughters. They have been members of First Christian Church in Kendallville for over 35 years where Neil has served as financial secretary and Joyce has been involved in the church’s youth ministry. She has also been a voluteer at The Crew and Youth for Christ in years past.
Neil believes that The Crew fills an important niche in our community to minister to middle and high schoolers with the love of Jesus Christ as we disciple and enable them to reach others among their families and peers. He sees our mission as a unique opportunity to foster youth development through relationships, education and experience, as we also help them to learn skills that they can take with them throughout their adult lives.
Sonja Richards
Secretary
Sonja has a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University. Sonja is an Architectural Project Assistant at TFC Canopy in Garrett and is the Bookkeeper for Richards Construction. Sonja is married to Eric Richards of Richards Construction and has two adult children. She is a member of Trinity Church United Methodist for 23 years.
Sonja has been involved with The Crew Youth Center for many years. I have seen the ministry go through many changes through the years. Although the names and faces change, serving the youth of Kendallville has been very rewarding. It has been fun to be see the teens grow in Christ and evolve into God loving adults.
Nicole Ritchie
Board Member
My name is Nicole Ritchie. I am married to Scotty Ritchie and we have 3 sons. I joined The Crew Board 2 years ago. I’m very involved at my church GCC in Kendallville. I have a passion for the youth and excited to see where The Lord leads me.
I enjoy shopping and making soap in my free time.
